• Delivery only in the cities mentioned in the list of delivery cities.
• Delivery time is between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; exact time commitments may not be possible.
• Same-day delivery orders should be placed on or before 5 PM (IST). Orders placed after 5 PM will be delivered the next day.
• Our logistics partners will attempt delivery once. If delivery cannot be completed due to a wrong address, recipient unavailability, or locked premises, the order will still be charged. Being perishable, returns cannot be accepted.
