1. How can I place my order with Phoolwala.com?
Shopping with us is as easy as pie. Just click on any of product displayed on our website from flowers, cakes, chocolate, combos or any other product admired by you. Fill in your delivery requirements and add it to your cart. Go through the product description & shopping disclaimer before your purchase. You can also sprinkle some more magic to your gifting by pinning them with our awesome add-on products. Proceed to the checkout page- Fill in the shipping and payment information and confirm your order and you're done. Isn't it a duck soup?
2. Is it reliable to order online with my credit card credential?
It is totally safe to make an online purchase with your credit cards details at phoolwala.com. Your credentials including your Credit Card details are securely encrypted (coded). 3. What are the various payment options available?

4. Can I change/cancel my order once it is confirmed?
We understand your mood swings and do allow changes and cancellation of your order -
24 hours prior to your date of delivery or the date of shipment
subject to a deduction of 7% of the ordered amount towards credit card processing expense. Same day delivery is processed immediately and hence cannot be swapped or abandoned.

Yes, you can. We love to woo you with a picture perfect flower arrangement. Enter your request in the Special Instructions box on the order form. Note: Flowers are subject to regional and seasonal constraints. We request you to check the availability of the particular flower first. 11. Are there any Delivery charges or any hidden cost attached?
No, there are no additional delivery charges or any hidden cost attached with your order. However, a nominal delivery charge may arise in case if the delivery zone falls beyond the city limits, Delivery charges may vary as per city location.
